Warranty, Shipping & Return Policy

Coverage & Processing: We deliver business packages and bulk orders within Cagayan de Oro City and neighboring areas. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery Rates: Standard shipping fees apply. We offer free delivery for bulk wholesale orders within CDO city limits.

Receiving Orders: Please inspect all goods (syrups, beans, packaging, and equipment) immediately upon delivery. Any missing items or transit damages must be reported to the delivery personnel on the spot or to our team within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

Consumables: For food safety and quality control, all sales of perishable items (coffee beans, syrups, powders, sauces) are final. We only accept returns for these items if the wrong product was delivered or if the packaging was compromised upon arrival.

Non-Consumables & Packaging: Cups, packaging, and barista tools can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Items must be completely unused, sealed in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Business Packages: Returns or exchanges on bundled startup packages will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a restocking fee.

Equipment Warranty
